Five days at sea surrounded by endless ocean could in some ways be a photographic nightmare. But, travelling and taking photographs of the RMS St Helena there’s plenty of reasons to keep the camera near. The ship, well, she’s a poser!

7 The toys in the children’s playroom has changed a lot since the early days of the ship, but the room remains as popular as ever. This was a quiet moment, very early, before the kids were out of bed.
